Estate Planning and Administration Bootcamp - From Legacy Building to Post-Mortem Execution

8 CPE Tax Credits. This package includes access of two Live Webinars, access to pdf (and other relevant materials) and a recording so that you can refer to the presentation later.
This two-part series provides a comprehensive, practical walkthrough of estate administration and post-mortem tax planning. Participants will develop a clear understanding of the responsibilities, processes, and decisions required when handling a decedent’s estate, from initial administrative steps through final tax reporting and distribution.
The first course focuses on the administrative side of estate work, including understanding governing documents, navigating probate, and fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities. The second course builds on that foundation and addresses key post-mortem income tax and estate tax strategies, including elections, timing considerations, and planning opportunities that impact both the estate and its beneficiaries.
Together, these courses provide a complete, real-world framework for managing estate matters with confidence and clarity.
